As Head of Product at AppFox, I built and scaled a high-performing product organization from the ground up, transforming it into a leading Atlassian Marketplace vendor.

I owned the full product function, including strategy, roadmap, team structure, and execution. During this time, I led the creation and launch of multiple successful apps across Jira, Confluence, Trello, and monday.com.

The business experienced rapid growth, both in revenue and team size, as we scaled to serve thousands of customers globally. I worked closely with executive leadership to align product direction with long-term company strategy.
