Jack Graves is the Founder and CEO of Capable, an Atlassian Community Leader, and a passionate builder of sweet, simple, and scalable apps. With over 10 years of progressive achievements and 6 years of product management success, Jack leads a talented team creating innovative solutions for team collaboration and project management, including the flagship Capable for Confluence. He specializes in entrepreneurship, product management, agile leadership, and building customer-focused products that redefine productivity for organizations worldwide.

Jack holds a First Class Honours BSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex. He is recognized for launching award-winning apps, driving multi-million dollar business growth, and fostering high-performing teams. Outside of work, Jack enjoys music production, collecting records, 3D printing, walking, SUP, video games, traveling, and tinkering with electronics.
