As Founder and CEO of Capable, I lead the vision, strategy, and execution behind a fast-growing Atlassian ecosystem product company focused on transforming how teams collaborate.

Capable was built around a simple idea: make complex workflows feel effortless. Under my leadership, we developed _Capable for Confluence_, a modular toolbox that expands Confluence into a fully-fledged collaboration and workflow platform. The product combines approvals, diagrams, automation, and over 20+ macros into a unified experience designed around real user needs.

I work closely with a high-performing team across product, engineering, and design to ensure every feature is grounded in customer feedback and delivers measurable value. My role spans product strategy, go-to-market execution, hiring, and scaling operations—while maintaining a strong product-led culture.

Since launch, we have rapidly shipped multiple products and features across the Atlassian ecosystem, including diagramming tools, approval systems, and AI-assisted capabilities.
